Basmati rice with butter
Basmati is one of the most delicious types of rice and it comes from the far east. This simple combination of aromatic rice with butter goes great with all the vegetables and rolls.
Preparation time: 20 min
Ingredients: 200 gr rice, 600 ml water, salt, 20 gr butter
Procedure: Wash and dry the rice. Warm up some water in a different pot. In other pot melt the butter and fry the butter until it becomes translucent. On this way the rice will be much better and the grains will be good separated. Add the hot water into the fried rice and increase the fire until its boiling. When its boiled, reduce the heat and let the rice cook slowly closed (as it says on the box). Do not mix. After a while, open it and let it boil. If needed You can put more butter in it. Serve warm.
Tip: If You want the rice yellow, put a little turmeric.
