All of the Cancer Patients Have Too Acidic pH Levels – The Easiest Way to Check your pH Balance!
A healthy living thing needs to be slightly alkaline in order to function properly.
Being in an alkaline state keeps the cells and their chemical reactions within them. In that way the healthy bacteria function efficiently. An acidic body is not able to function properly.
The pH balance plays a major role in your body health. If you start to face with this problem, you need to know that the situation is serious, and you need to take quick actions!
You will become vulnerable and more susceptible to various diseases when your pH levels are acidic:
- Slow metabolism, obesity and inability to lose weight
- Chronic inflammation
- Kidney and bladder conditions such as kidney stones
- Weight gain and diabetes
- Premature aging
- Weak bones, osteoporosis, bone spurs and fractures
- Aching muscles, joint pain and lactic-acid buildup
- Mood swings
- Low energy
- Chronic fatigue
- Slow digestion and elimination
- Fungal/yeast overgrowth
Toxic chemicals, drugs and medications can cause lowering of the pH levels. You will experience digestion difficulties if your pH levels fall below 6.4.
That will happen because the enzymes will be shut off, and the vitamins, minerals and food supplements will not be able to perform their benefits. Illness and fatigue can occur as a result of this acid. This acid lowers your ability to make energy in cells, fix damaged ones and detoxify heavy metals.
The alkaline environment is not suitable for diseases since they will not survive in it. Acidic, low pH and low oxygen environment is perfect for viruses, mold, bacteria, yeast, fungus, candida and cancer cells.
Acidic diet, toxic overload, emotional stress or immune response that disposes the cells of some important oxygen and nutrients can be some of the causes.
Our bodies use its alkaline mineral reserves, like calcium from the bones and sodium from the stomach, in order to function properly. Osteoporosis and various other diseases may be aggravated.
You will experience symptoms as arthritis, MS, pain, fibromyalgia and lupus when there are not enough minerals in the body and the acid starts to accumulate.
You cannot mix cancer and an alkaline-rich environment. Cancerous cells do not affect the heart since the blood always flows to it from the lungs.
The highest pH scale in the entire body can be found in the blood that flows from the lungs into the heart. Besides filling our lungs with oxygen and high blood pH, our blood is also able to remove acidic toxins.
Glucose will ferment itself into lactic acid when there is no oxygen present. This can cause lowered pH levels in body cells. People who suffer from terminal cancer always have urine and saliva ranging from 4.0 to 5.5.
The pH levels will drop lower than they were when the patient’s cancer metastasizes. The low pH levels are definitely connected to the occurrence of cancer.
How to check your pH balance
You can check your pH level in the comfort of your home. The only thing you will need is pH testing strips. You can check the levels throughout your day but since the body is more acidic in the morning, we highly recommend you to do that then.
Your saliva and urine pH results are supposed to be between 6.5 and 7.7. Check your saliva pH after 2 hours of having a meal. You will have to fill your mouth with spit and swallow it. In order to give a cleaner spit and place some saliva on the pH testing strip, do this for a 2nd time.
If you want to alter your pH level, try to include healthier habits into your lifestyle. Cutting out stress will also help you a lot.
If you also want to help in lowering the acidic environment within your body, you will have to consume huge amounts of water, eat healthy food and practice deep-breathing.
