French salad without eggs
Preparation time: 45 minutes
Ingredients: 200 gr cooked fresh peas, 200 gr carrots chopped in small pieces, 200 gr potatoes chopped in small pieces, 2 sour cucumbers chopped in small pieces, half sour apple chopped in small pieces, 100 gr cooked crons, 100 gr chopped mozzarella, chopped parsley, 3 dl mayonnaise, homemade or purchased sour cream, 2 dl yogurt if Your on diet, salt, pepper, juice from 1 lemon, chopped parsley and lemon pile for decoration.
Mix all the ingredients in a bowl, put the lemon piles and the parsley leaves for decoration and serve chilled.
Procedure: Mix all the ingredients with a mixer. You can put a little bit water too.
